Knit or Crochet a Holiday Wreath

Have fun, get creative,  meet people and get in the Holiday spirit with this  event spanning 6 weeks.

We will have 5 weeks to knit or crochet lots of little decorations and on the 6th week we will put our wreaths together just in time for the Holidays.

Each week you will have the chance to pick out patterns and work on tiny fun decorations, we will have lots to choose from both knit and crochet.  You can make as many as you have time for, but we plan on a minimum of 5, as they are very small, we know you will make lots.  

They also make great gifts or gift toppers; you can really use them anywhere.

You will receive a kit with 6 holiday colors of Amigurumi yarn (a great dk weight cotton perfect for decorations).

Red, green, black, white, yellow, brown.  This should cover most of the things you would like to make. We will have on hand skin tone and grey for additional small details.  Of course, we have lots of other colors should you wish to add to your palette.

Your wreath is included approx. size is 9.5" and can reused. 

We will have lots of additional items for you to add to your projects, beads, buttons, stuffing, clear ornaments, fun yarns and threads, eyes and noses, ribbons, whatever you can think of to make your decorations beautiful.

On week 6 we will meet with all our decorations and enjoy a hot chocolate and cookies whilst we put together our wreaths.

If you are unable to make a week you can stop in anytime to collect a pattern and pick up some decor.

6-week event session (including yarn kit, wreath, decorations, stuffing etc., decorating party including hot chocolate and cookies) $150. 

We do have individual event date available for those unable to make 6 weeks, you will need to purchase the yarn kit and wreath, (decor will be included) Individual event dates are $20 per date plus materials. 

You will need dpns or crochet hook in size #2.75mm US# 2 or #C and your basic crafting tool kit.

This is not a learn to knit or crochet event.  You should be comfortable with 

Knitting.   Casting on, using dpns, knit, purl, increase and decrease, knit in the round and bind off.

Crochet.  Chain on, magic ring, working in the round and working flat, increase and decrease. 

Space is limited and event must be purchased in advance to ensure enough supplies for every participant.
