Illusion Knitting
Illusion or shadow knitting is a technique that creates an optical illusion with laternating stripes of color. When viewed from one angle, the pattern appears as thin stripes, but from another angle, a hiden image or design emerges.
This is a fun technique that any beginner can acheive. Using just knits and purls and following a chart you can create amazing hidden designs.
We will be making a small swatch which can be used a mug rug
You will need 2 highly contrasting colors of worsted weight yarn, ( eg black and white)
Size 5 needles ( this is much smaller than we would normally recomend for this size of yarn) ( your regular tool kit, don't forget your glasses !

A Pop of Color Yarns will ship within 2 days of your order. We will use USPS for all orders unless specified in advance of your chosen carrier ( extra charges may apply)

Returns
All yarns and notions can be returned to the store with in 30 days, with a receipt amd in orginal condition and packaging, for full refund. After 30 days full store credit will given with receipt, up to 90 days after date of purchase
Once yarn has been wound it cannot be returned.
Classes and events are refundable up to 48 hours prior to event. 48 hours and closer to event, will only be refunded if space can be filled from waitlist.
